Hi, I’m Hannah—a child of God, blogger, author, and vocalist. My journey with anxiety and depression led me to journaling, a practice that became my way of communicating with God when words failed me. It was as if I had lost my voice, but through writing my prayers, thoughts, and emotions, I found a path to healing.
As I poured my heart onto paper, God impressed upon me that others might also find hope and freedom through my journey. For a long time, I struggled to accept what I was going through—after all, I was a Christian, and I didn’t fit the image of what I thought mental illness looked like. But I’ve since learned that mental health struggles don’t have a “look”—they affect people from all walks of life, even Christians.
Journaling became a tool of healing for me, a testament to the power of prayer and faith in God. Now, my mission is to create a space where others can find encouragement, healing, and the reassurance that they are not alone. My hope is that through faith, prayer, and other resources you too will experience the peace and freedom that God so graciously provides.
“But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive.” – Genesis 50:20 (NKJV)
